Kody Lathrop was born in Alaska but grew up in Central Oregon so he knows the area like the back of his hand.  He is a dynamic individual with a natural passion for sports, fitness, real estate and business. Kody graduated from Bend High School as an Oregon Scholar Athlete and later went on to graduate at the top of his class at Oregon State University where he was honored as the Distinguished Student of his graduating Business class. When he isn’t involved in a real estate transaction, you will most likely find him pumping iron at the gym or at skiing at the mountain where he coaches junior ski racing and freestyle skiing for MBSEF. He also loves camping and anything outdoors so you might find him wakeboarding at the Cove or camping somewhere in our beautiful diverse Central Oregon. Kody has a very strong background in sales and business. He has worked with and learned from some of the industry’s top agents and coaches to enhance his understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. He fully realizes that each transaction is both a business and an emotional experience so he strives to make that experience as seamless as possible. His goal is always to provide quality trusted professional service and friendship to people from a position of strength and he can’t wait to help you achieve your dreams.
